For those of you who have been actually reading my posts know that one of my two missionaries left for about two months ago when his mission was over. I danced macarena with this old woman in church today. She told me about how she liked to work on her biceps and drove a, and I quote, “rad” motorbike. With a roof. She also held a mini concert for us … it was hilarious, oh my gosh … The missionaries got it on tape, I think. At least one of the Elders tried to secretly record it on his phone but it was way obvious, haha.

the first week of school is now over
I’m actually pretty exited for this year. My schedule is filled with media classes, which is pretty cool, the teachers seem nice (except our norwegian teacher has an annoying voice ..), going to school downtown is AWESOME, and my class seems alright. I’ve talked to most of the people and they’re nice and all, so I think I can get along with them pretty well.
The only thing is...

I’m sorry that I haven’t had a chance to be on here that much lately, but I broke the charger for my laptop and the only other macbook charger is in Sweden with my Dad. And typing books on an iPod touch kinda sucks.

We just had some awkward name games and stuff today. But oh my gosh, I have to walk up a billion stairs to get to my classroom! bleh. The people in my class seem cool enough, I didn’t really get the chance to talk to them today though. I just hope they didn’t get an awful first impression of me, hahaha! I know some people there already so I’m not forever...

I used to go to school with a pair of twins. (“I used to go to”, hahah, I make it sound like it was 50 years ago when actually I graduated in June .. ) You could definitely see that they were siblings, but they weren’t as identical as they should be. (I think they were one-egged) One of them was pretty cute. He kind of looked like Brandon Flowers in a way, like during Hot Fuss....
